Cruxsmith is a developer-led studio. The name is the idea: in climbing, the crux is the single hardest, most decisive move on a route. Clear it and the rest opens up. That's the work, find the one thing gating your business online, and build through it.
Most "digital" providers can only do one layer. A designer makes a site and leaves. An SEO files a list of recommendations. An IT contact can't touch any of it. We're software engineers first, so we build the whole stack, the website, the search and AI-visibility layer, and the custom software that runs the operation, and we keep it working.
We've shipped work across construction trades, education, and software at scale, with a network of family and friends working in dozens more fields we can lean on. The honest version: where we have direct experience, we use it. Where we don't, we name it, use AI to research deeply, and rely on you for the context only you have. Either way, you get fast, useful work, not a guess dressed up as expertise.

You're the expert on your business. We surface our assumptions and ask you to correct them. We want the corrections; that's how the work gets right.
We refine and ship
We fold your corrections in and ship, then stay on as the one partner for the whole stack if that's what fits.
