The working loop
The "build together" work is structured to be light on your time. After the initial inspection, the standard pattern is three short follow-ups (one to two hours each) plus a refining cycle as the work goes live. You pick the format that fits how you work: a quick form, a phone call we record so AI can pull out what matters, or a video call any time of day.
The honest part: the best result usually comes from us shipping something a little ahead of you, you reacting to it ("this lands, this doesn't, this is closer than I'd say it"), and us refining from there. Pushing your boundaries with an honest product, not asking you to write a spec from scratch.
Content we generate & how it gets approved
AI accelerates a lot of the writing, but nothing we produce on your behalf goes live without your sign-off, or your standing permission to ship it. Two modes, pick the one that fits how you want to work.
Review each release (default for established businesses)
We draft, you review on a quick schedule, we ship after your green light. Slower but tightest control. The right default if your business is profitable and the brand is set.
Delegated release (useful for ground-up builds)
You agree up front to the voice, the publishing cadence, and what categories of content can ship without per-piece review. Faster, requires a working relationship. We document what we shipped and you can pull anything down at any time.
The honest version of local SEO
There is no "pay-to-rank." For a business with no storefront (a service-area business, like most of our clients), proximity has a ceiling, so we win on the levers you control: an accurate Google Business Profile, real services, steady reviews, and genuinely local content.
We keep reviews policy-safe (no gating, no incentives, no AI-written responses), and we won't fake review stars in your site's schema, a shortcut that earns a Google penalty, full stop. Knowing what not to do is half the job.
